Our Pet Policy
We’re proud to be a pet-friendly community at One Southdale Place! We're committed to creating a pet-friendly community that works for everyone. Please review our pet policy:
- Cats are welcome in all residences.
- Dogs are welcome in 1st, 2nd and 9th floor residences.
- Dogs - 40lb max weight limit.
- Maximum of two animals per home allowed.
- $250 pet deposit / $250 (non-refundable) pet approval fee.
- Monthly pet rent of $40 per pet
- This community participates in PetScreening
Breed restrictions include: Pit Bull Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, American Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Dogo Argentino, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Perro de Presa Canario, and Cane Corso.
